This short film is an exploration of the legacy I carry and the connections that ground me. It reflects on the women who have shaped my life—my mother, my grandmother, and my little sister—and how their strength, love, and resilience have become the foundation of who I am.
The film also captures my journey of self-discovery in Brooklyn, a city that has taught me about love, friendship, and the beauty of building community. From quiet, intimate moments to the ever-changing rhythm of the ocean, this project is a reflection of my identity and the ongoing journey of learning to embrace myself, my heritage, and the people who inspire me every day.
